A few days ago, in 2017, the new cultivation list of leading enterprises of Fujian Province's technology giant was released, and Quanzhou Baofeng Shoes Co., Ltd. and other enterprises in Licheng District were selected. It is understood that the selected enterprises are mainly distributed in the new generation of information technology, new materials, high-end equipment manufacturing, energy conservation and environmental protection, new energy, biology and new medicine, marine high-tech, modern agriculture and other strategic emerging industries. According to the plan, by 2020, Fujian Province will cultivate and develop more than 1000 leading enterprises of small technological giants. This is the second time that Fujian Province has organized the selection and identification of leading enterprises of small technological giants, with a total of 649 enterprises selected.
The selected enterprises enjoy the main supporting measures in the policy of "Notice of the General Office of the People's Government of Fujian Province on Printing and Distributing the Action Plan for Fostering Leading Enterprises of Small Technological Giant (2016-2020)", such as optimizing the development environment, increasing research and development support, accelerating the construction of research and development institutions, promoting the implementation of major scientific and technological achievements, supporting market development, strengthening intellectual property work, strengthening support for innovative talents, and improving the scientific and technological financial service system.
